WHEN WILL MY JEWELLERY BE SENT?
Each JWL Moments piece is lovingly handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 working days (from the date of purchase) for your jewellery to be made. Delivery time is then calculated based on the destination country. Please check delivery timescales at checkout.
You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
While we will happily send internationally, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
On the occasion where we offer promotional free delivery; the flat rate of shipping will be subsidised, however the charge of duties and import taxes will not be.
CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order.
CAN I ARRANGE DELIVERY TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses.
RETURNING AN ITEM
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of you receiving the jewellery. We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept returns on custom pieces. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage fees.
